Receive a tailored proposal including organisational needs assessment, role mapping, staff grades, Certified Programmes, CPD pathways, and fees.
Staff are enrolled as IAM Professional Members at agreed grades and onboarded to the IAM Membership Platform. Typical timeframe: 6–8 weeks from consultation to full activation.
Ongoing support including CPD progress reporting, Career Development Platform management, customised webinars (Silver and above), and regular review meetings.
