Professional Membership is a subscription-based professional relationship governed by the IAM Membership Regulation (IAM-MEM-REG-2026-001), made under Article 55 of the Articles of Association. The governance of the company is exercised by the Governing Members, who hold the statutory rights conferred by the Articles and the Companies Act 2006.
